The cutting parameter are adjustable from the operator panel. Machine upgraded from semiautomatic version to automatic.
LOADING SYSTEM
SEMIAUTOMATIC: The semiautomatic system consists of an inclined plane anchored on the ground on which to prepare manually the cores. Allows the operator to load different cores at the same time and mantain the machine in automatic cycle.
AUTOMATIC: The automatic system consists of an inclined plane anchored on the ground on which to prepare automatically the cores. Cores are placed on the plane through mechanical instruments, like crane or semi-driving arms.
UNLOADING SYSTEM
SIMPLE WITH EJECTOR: Automatic exhaust system provided with only one pneumatic pusher to eject the cut pieces. The pieces of cores cut and pushed will fall into baskets placed by the operators
SIMPLE WITH FLATBED: Exhaust system characterized by an automatic sheet metal that, by lifting, slides the pieces of soul cut on an unloading platform. The operator will remove manually the cut cores from the unloading platform.
